GetSpeed Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the GetSpeed website optimization platform and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using GetSpeed, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

GetSpeed provides AI-powered website optimization services for WordPress sites (including WooCommerce). This includes but is not limited to:

• Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP, FID, CLS)
• CDN delivery and bandwidth
• Image compression and next-gen conversion (WebP/AVIF)
• CSS/JS optimization, Critical CSS, and lazy loading
• Real-time AI monitoring and optimization of all current and new pages
• Optional marketing services in Full-Service plans

Setup and configuration are handled manually by the GetSpeed team.

2. Guarantee Policy

We guarantee that your website will pass Core Web Vitals (Google PageSpeed Insights score 90+) within 7 calendar days of full setup or you will receive a full refund of your subscription fee (excluding one-time setup costs).

Guarantee Conditions:

• You must disable all other optimization/CDN/performance plugins before activation
• You must provide full admin access to your WordPress site and hosting panel (if needed)
• Site must not be blocked by firewall or require unusual configuration
• Guarantee applies only to standard WordPress websites under supported themes and plugins

3. Fair Use Policy

All plans include:

• Unlimited page views
• Unlimited website pages
• Unlimited CDN bandwidth

However:

• We reserve the right to throttle or restrict usage in case of abusive patterns (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive automated traffic, crypto-mining scripts, or bot farms)
• "Unlimited" means within reasonable operating limits for normal websites; contact us for enterprise-scale traffic planning

4. Payments & Billing

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other authorized providers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Service continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Yearly plan is non-refundable once the first 30 days have passed.
• Guarantee refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.
• No refunds for setup fees once work has begun.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely access and credentials needed for service setup
• Not interfere with the optimization process or use conflicting plugins/services
• Ensure content is legal, non-malicious, and within accepted use of the internet
• Maintain full and up-to-date backups of your website and data at all times. GetSpeed is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or issues resulting from optimizations, third-party plugins, or hosting failures

You retain full ownership of your site and content. GetSpeed only provides optimization, CDN, and optional marketing services.

7. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GetSpeed or its affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or CDN provider outages. GetSpeed is not liable for third-party service disruptions (e.g., Cloudflare, hosting provider).

9. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service (e.g., access logs, admin credentials, CDN usage). We do not share or sell user data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
